Helping You Move Freely

I have a deep passion for helping people feel at home in their bodies again. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, unwinding long-held tension, or simply longing to feel more ease and vitality, I meet you exactly where you are. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs—supporting not only symptom relief, but the deeper patterns that created them.

My promise is simple: to support you in reclaiming freedom in your body and your life. I trust the body’s innate drive toward balance and healing. Our work is not about forcing change, but about listening, creating safety, and gently removing what blocks the healing already trying to happen.

My approach blends therapeutic precision with nurturing presence. Working with the fascia, nervous system, and musculoskeletal alignment, I help restore mobility, calm overwhelm, and invite your body back into balance. Many clients arrive feeling stuck, guarded, or exhausted, and through safe, attentive touch and careful listening, their system begins to soften—breath deepens, tissues release, and a sense of inner steadiness returns.

In today’s world, many people live with an unspoken lack of supportive, caring touch. I hold this with great respect. My work offers a grounded space of guidance and protection where the body can feel truly met. Within that safety, the nervous system can shift from protection into repair, allowing patterns and stored emotions to release in their own time.

With over 20 years of experience in bodywork, I’ve had the privilege of working in respected wellness environments including The Bridges, Rancho Valencia, Terranea, Four Seasons, and L’Auberge Del Mar. I’ve also collaborated alongside acupuncturists and chiropractors in clinical settings, allowing me to bridge therapeutic care with holistic healing.

I believe your health concerns deserve to be heard with care and curiosity. Each session is a partnership—one that honors your pace, your voice, and your lived experience as we create the conditions for lasting, meaningful change.

Ongoing Education & Mastery

My work is rooted in ongoing education and a genuine love for understanding the human body. As Dr. Erik Dalton said, “The truly educated never graduate.” I carry that spirit into everything I do—continuing to study bodywork, mindfulness, movement, energetic healing, and nutrition so I can better support those who trust me with their care.

Specialized Training Includes

  • John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR)

  • Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT)

  • Klose Training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

  • International Professional School of Bodywork

  • Pacific College of Oriental Medicine

  • Esalen Institute

  • Paul Kelly’s Physiokinetix Training

Beyond The Treatment Room

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me in nature—hiking, traveling, camping, dancing to live music, or enjoying beach days with my puppy, Franklin. I believe in living what I share with my clients: staying curious, moving often, eating well, and tending to body, mind, and spirit with kindness.

I’ve seen again and again that when the body is given the right conditions, it can do far more than we’ve been taught to expect. Even when the process isn’t linear, true healing brings movement, release, and a return to wholeness.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

My intention is to offer a compassionate, grounded space where your body can soften, your nervous system can settle, and your natural resilience can reawaken. Whether you’re seeking pain relief, greater mobility, emotional release, or simply a deeper sense of well-being, I’m here to walk that path with you.

Let’s help you move more freely—and live more fully.
